If You Want to Slim Down, You Must Do This

The journey to weight loss requires commitment.

If you don’t commit for the long-term – then you are NEVER going to sustain your weight loss.

You probably already have non-negotiables in your life like brushing your teeth, washing your hair, having a shower etc.

These are things that you consider as MUST DO’s or NON-NEGOTIABLES as a way of looking after yourself.

Sometimes healthy food is not looked at as a non-negotiable, it’s something that goes to the bottom of the pile.

THAT CHANGES NOW! 

Once you have your non-negotiables in place, you will have the HABITS and BEHAVIOURS to help you achieve and maintain your goals.

  • Yes. Prepping is key. As a coeliac I often have to prep food if I’m going somewhere, so I’ve learned to double up on quantities or taking left overs. I don’t always get it right but awareness is key too.
