My background story is:

I joined the WLA Reset in Sept 2020 to help me with my lifetime sweet tooth and sugar cravings and, having lost 6lbs on the Reset, I joined the WLA Academy. And for me that decision changed the whole ‘dieting’ narrative for me!

Up to that point, I used to skip meals, restrict my calories, be ‘good’, and then spectacularly fall off the wagon and binge eat as my body was crying out for sustenance as it was totally unsustainable. This became a way of life for me, with a new diet starting every Monday.

All that changed with joining the WLA, and it very quickly became my new ‘way of life’ and never a ‘diet’. I was able to nourish my body with healthy food and, more importantly, with no guilt if I ate chocolate, a slice of cake, or a biscuit. Just move on and treat every meal as a new opportunity.

But my journey hasn’t all been about ‘dieting’ as I had mouth cancer diagnosed at the end of 2020 and wasn’t able to swallow, eat, or talk much for a while. BUT I do believe my recovery has been aided, and due, to good nutrition which is why I decided to study the WLA Certification Course during 2022 and become a Certified Weight Loss Coach.

Each day now I eat 3 healthy meals and 1-2 snacks to keep my blood sugars stable, but the key for me was, and still is, the planning, shopping, and prepping of all my meals. And I never drank enough water prior to the WLA and probably mistook hunger for thirst for so many years. I now completely understand the importance of drinking 1 ½ – 2 litres of tap water a day as 2/3rds of the body is water and all our organs, tissues and fluids contain water.

I feel privileged as a Weight Loss Coach to have launched my new business focused on helping women heal their body and mind through food.  And forever grateful that I came across Anna’s FB post back in September 2020 changing the yo-yo dieting narrative for me forever.

My background story is:

For over 20 years I have been a constant yo-yo dieter, maybe being 1-2 stone overweight. I’ve done nearly every diet there is out there. My yearly cycle looked the same –

Christmas – put on weight – New Year – diet, lose weight – Easter – put on weight – Spring – diet, lose weight – Holiday – put on weight – Autumn – diet, lose weight – back to Christmas and the cycle starts again.

I dread to think how much money over the years I have wasted on online subscriptions, magazine subscriptions, diet products (slim fast, low fat etc). It came to a point 2 years ago when I had had enough and thought that I should stop dieting and learn to eat ‘properly’ and maybe lose some weight at the same time. I have 2 teenage girls and I never want them to ask me about diets, I want to be a good role model for them.

I looked on the internet, but all I seemed to be getting was adverts for the same diets and suddenly the Weight Loss Academy appeared, it sounded like everything I had asked for. I paid for the 21 Reset, and I was hooked. It felt ‘normal’ and didn’t feel like a diet. I started picking the health option first and being mindful about eating. I felt free and amazing, like a literal weight had been lifted. I no longer looked at calories or counting sins, food was just food. I thought well I feel like this, then every woman out there who is stuck in a dietary cycle deserves to feel this way.

So, when it was mentioned that I could learn to be a coach – I was so excited.

My background story is:

I have spent most of my adult life on and off diets. Always losing the weight, but never keeping it off.

During my latest diet, back in 2020 I started thinking more about nutrition, and what kinds of food I was putting into my body. I started following people on social media with similar interests. They were eating real, healthy food, that I have always avoided due to the fat/calorie content.

I was scrolling through facebook one day and The WLA popped up. I joined the reset in July 2021 and then the academy. I have never looked back.

I am a secondary school teacher and the last few years have been a struggle, not enjoying my job as I used to.

When I saw that Anna was offering the certification I had to do it. It just made sense to me. I know so many women who are in the same position that I was in, in a viscous circle of dieting in an attempt to lose weight for good.

I wanted to share my knowledge with others and support them in their own journey. I am beyond excited to start my own reset, I cannot actually believe it is happening. I opened the support group today. I have 22 women signed up.

I decided to do the certification to gain more knowledge and understanding about nutrition and coaching with the hope of helping other women find their happy place, accepting themselves and their bodies for who they are.

It has been an amazing journey with tears and laughter along the way. I also learnt a lot about myself and where I am in my journey, I felt fully accepted as myself on the course with fantastic support from Anna and the group.

It is important to be present in your own journey and not worry what anyone else is doing, my happy place looks and feels different and is personal to me. When you’re eating balanced and nutritious meals and moving your body in whatever way you can, you will get to where you want to be in your own time.

My background story is:

Hi, I am Christine, and I am excited to be a qualified WLA coach. I joined the September 2020 Reset after seeing a Facebook Ad. Over the years I had tried other weight loss groups, managing to lose weight but always gaining it again. After a stressful day I would often use food for comfort. So, as I now wanted to lose weight again, I signed up to the Reset, as I thought at a price of £17, I had nothing to lose. I am so glad I did because I discovered the WLA was much more than nutrition and weight loss. I loved the supportive group and all the advice and information from Anna and the coaches. I felt I had finally found what had been missing in my wellness journey. I followed the meal guides, lost weight, loved cooking with nutritious ingredients and felt so much better about myself. I learned to focus on nutritious foods to fuel my body and the importance of self- care for a healthy lifestyle, rather than just weight loss. I was inspired to start the Couch to 5K with my friends and loved it. I am proud to say we are still running.

So, in February 2021 I made the decision to study for the WLA certification. This was a big decision, but I wanted to be able to help other women discover the WLA like I had, live a healthy lifestyle, enjoy food, and feel good about themselves. As a pharmacist I was already interested in health but wanted to understand how different foods impact on our body. I wanted to learn the reasons behind why women lose weight then gain it again, so I could help them and myself.

I knew I had not been prioritising my own health, as in our busy world we are often the last on our “to do list”. I want women to be able to lead a healthy lifestyle, prioritise their health, love their body and be the best they can be. The WLA provides the tools to do this and as a coach I want to support women on their wellness journey. It is a great feeling as a coach to help someone and see their excitement about their wins big or small. As a good listener I also want to be a support when they need it too, to guide them on their journey, when they cannot see the way forward themselves.

I started working with Anna in 2017 as a 1-to-1 client and managed to lose 15kg with her. Afterwards I started a new job where I traveled non stop for 2.5 years spending 32 weeks of the year living out of a suitcase, but through it all I managed to maintain my weight using the principles that Anna now teaches in the academy.

In 2020 when covid hit, I saw Anna opened up the certification and decided to join because I really wanted to help and empower people around eating in a sustainable way and dropping the fad diets and unrealistic ways of eating

My background story is:

I have tried most diets & had been over-weight for most of my life.  I had always been known as big Emma!  I was fit & active but had a very poor self-image.  I was feeling very unhappy with the way I looked & the way I felt.  I stumbled across the WLA reset in 2019, I signed up but did not complete it due to pressures of life.  I then signed up again about 12 months later & committed to doing something for myself.  I was nearing 50 and yearned to become the best version of myself.  I joined the academy, undertook the VIP programme and then Certification because I decided that I wanted to help others achieve great results.

I had a very clear goal of a slim lady wearing skinny jeans and long leather boots looking fantastic & I believe I achieved that goal.  I am lighter, fitter & happier than I have ever been.  I still look in the mirror sometimes & do not see myself the way I am now.  But I am working on it, my journey continues!

The key for me, is that WLA is nutrition rehabilitation & healthy lifestyle, that is what makes it a sustainable way of life.  No banned foods, no crazy counting, just good education, learning to identify as a healthy person & forming good habits.  Alongside this, playing to my values of treating people with kindness, practicing positive thinking, encouraging & supporting other women to become the very best version of their authentic self.

I have combined my love of yoga, mindfulness & nutrition to form a coaching business that will help others take their own journeys.  Drawing from teaching for the certification, yoga teaching qualification (almost complete), meditation & positive thinking to be the best a guide & coach that I can be.

My favourite weight loss & healthy lifestyle mantras are:

– Consistency over perfection – if we do enough of the right things, we will get good results

– Every meal is a new opportunity – one slip does not spoil all the progress, so pick yourself up & continue on your journey

I have been studying Nutrition for many years and have completed qualifications to help me understand it more. But we all know weight loss isn’t as simple as knowing what to eat, it is complicated and each person’s journey is unique. I had a baby late in life, and at 47 I am peri-menopausal and have struggled to lose the baby weight , but thanks to the combined approach of nutrition education and psychology, I have seen a real difference in my body shape and energy levels. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge in an easy to understand way, with a personalised approach, to give ladies lasting results in their weight-loss journey.

Ditch the eternal diet! Eat for energy, strength and nourishment. The weight will come off and stay off.

My background story is:

I have always had an interest in being as healthy physically and mentally as I can be. Thirty years ago I gave up smoking and decided to enroll on a distance learning Diploma Fitness and Nutrition, which I passed a year later. Not one to shy away from a challenge I then embarked on a Counselling Course but was unable to get unto year two as there was a lack of placements so left with a Diploma in counselling studies. My next challenge was the K101 Health and Social Care course the most challenging one of all. Having always worked in a caring capacity (currently NHS) I did not hesitate to make the decision to train through the WLA to gain the skills to become a coach and help others on this journey. I thoroughly enjoyed the certification and all that it stands for, the relaxed way of planning my week and the flexibility around it. I loved doing assessment 3 even though I was nervous about starting it but the only way to learn for me is to practice and realize every client will be different.

My background story is:

Having always been a bigger girl I tried every diet known to man! I went through a lot of trauma which made the situation worse as it triggered emotional and binge eating. Fast forward to wanting to have a family and realised I needed to address it. I lost weight and had my little girl, however still hasn’t addressed and healed my relationship with food, in fact I didn’t realise this was my big problem. I found Anna and the WLA in late 2020 and began my journey. Once I saw the difference getting my carbs under control and starting to understand how different foods were affecting me I started to see some real actual progress.

One of the biggest lessons was that I needed to shift the diet mentality and that no food was bad. I started to see my confidence improve and started to not hate the person I saw back in the mirror. The option of coaching came up and I realised as I had been at rock bottom and finally saw progress I could give back in so many ways. Also as a registered health care professional it would complement my existing skill set and knowledge base to really give valuable advice and guidance. I was involved in a car accident in 2022 which has now left me with a permanent disability, however through the coaching I have healed my food relationship and not binged as I would have. I am continuously losing weight even though my exercise ability has suffered greatly so want to be able to share some advice and guidance to help people achieve their goals

My background story is:

When my marriage broke down, I lost lots of weight! There were probably many factors why but dieting wasn’t one of them.I didn’t follow any diet and I wasn’t conscious about my weight at that time as I had other areas of my life to focus on. However, when things settled down, custody was sorted, finances etc. the weight started to gain. The mid week night (when the kids went to their dads) & the weekend being home alone with the kids I started drinking and eating more. As you can imagine after a while the pounds piled on. After numerous diets such as: not eating after 6pm, weight watchers, cutting out carbs, slimming tablets, the weight would drop for a while then pile back on. I battled like this for a few years.

I decided to do something on the night the kids went to their dads rather than sit in drinking wine, this is where my passion for yoga started. I was pretty rubbish at it (still am) but I love it. This went on for about a year then I decided to join the gym. I have joined gyms many times throughout the years but never kept it up. As the kids grew older and I had more time, the gym became my new best friend. The more exercise I did the more I ate! I was doing so much exercise but not losing weight. Everyone said “its fat turning to muscle”!

When scrolling through Facebook once night I came across this a statement that really resonated with me from the Weight Loss Academy (WLA), which said something like “are you doing lots of workouts and not losing weight”. This was me. At that moment I joined WLA and followed the WLA 3 weeks reset. I loved the idea of a plan and being told what to eat. The first week I felt I had gained weight and really did feel I was eating more than I usually did. I couldn’t help myself and I done the thing we were advised not to do and as a coach I now tell people not to do; I jumped on the scales.

I was disappointed but with a few words of encouragement from one of the coaches I carried on. I didn’t weigh myself again and at the end of the 3rd week. When I did, I had lost the 6lbs, just as WLA said I would. I was chuffed, I was eating more but I was eating the right foods, eating more protein, measuring my carbohydrate portions and eating healthy snacks. Previously I believe, I was not eating enough throughout the day, allowing my blood sugars to drop and then eating too much when I did eat because I was so hungry.

I was so delighted with what the WLA offers that I wanted to share it with all those other women that are struggling with diets and weight loss. When I read about the opportunity to come a weight loss coach I jumped at the chance. Now a fully qualified coach with the WLA I believe with my coaching and the WLA formula and recipes I can bring my eatwell-eatright-eatoften to others.

My background story is:

I decided to get certified as a weight loss academy coach as nutrition has become a true passion of mine since completing the academy program myself. I have always loved food, maybe a little too much but in the past I have always eaten either what I wanted to eat or what a diet has told me to eat so for me finally getting that education on learning how to nourish my body correctly has been invaluable.

Nutrition has such an impact on health my mission is now to take what I have learned and help others with health and weight loss too as education is so important and I believe it should be accessible to everyone.

I was surprised if I’m honest how much the mind and habits have a role in our behaviour around food. I now see food as fuel and understand it’s role and am free from restriction. So coupling my nutrition knowledge with knowledge about behavioural change, I am so happy to have finally found my purpose to be able to help and coach others to find good health and weight loss.

Transformation is powerful. Being part of a persons journey is so rewarding and fulfilling to see their confidence grow and take control of food choices with complete food freedom rather than being trapped in the dieting industry.

My background story is:

I have struggled with my weight for about the last 25 years, I think it was the start of the menopause, and it went on so gradually, I didn’t really notice at first, but before I knew it I had gained 6 stone, being quite tall, I believe I kind of carried it quite well, until I seen a photo of myself and that  was my turning point, I tried numerous diets you name I tried it, and even though I lost weight, it was never a diet I could actually do for more than 2 weeks, I tried pills, injections, hypnosis but nothing worked, and if I lost weight I would put it all back on plus extra pounds, then one evening having a pity party all of my own I came across Anna and her free 7 day guide to losing weight (not a diet) so I thought give it a try, I had tried everything else anyway, well what a surprise the food was amazing, and I was actually losing weight, then came the email for a 21 day guide at a very small cost, so I bought that one and still the food was amazing, even my husband like it, then came the email for the 12 week guide again not a huge amount of money, and considering all of the money I had wasted over the years it was worth every penny, the facebook group is amazing you can pick up extra tips share your experiences and struggles and the group is so supportive, that is when I thought you know I can share this with others, so I decided then to join the WLA and learn how to be a coach, and help other people. I have struggled with mental health problems, but really feel I am getting back to my normal self, I am still on my journey of losing weight but for once I don’t feel like I am on a diet because I am not, I am on a lifestyle change, whereas before I was always looking for that quick fix, I have come to understand that it is about progress and the progress I continue to make is making a better healthier person.

Everyday is a different day, I have highs and lows. I am normal but thanks to the WLA and the support of everyone, I am losing weight and getting healthier.

My mantra is: First thing in the morning: Hydrate, Exercise, Eat a healthy balanced meal.

This starts my day with a healthy happy positive feeling of the progress I am and continuing to make.

My background story is:

I have been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and came across Anna and The Weight Loss Academy. I really was inspired by Anna’s thought processes in bringing the fat loss formula together. I especially loved her recipes and her coaching approach.

It was also at a time, I had gone back to do my PGT in Clinical Nutrition. I was studying Nutrition Through The Life Courses at Aberdeen University. I was doing well with my studies.

At this time, I was also following along with the WLA Resets, making the recipes and noticed my own relationship around food was improving as well. I was eating full fat foods for the first time in years, and doing good on it too. My energy was a lot more balanced. This was a key moment for me.

You see, I had practiced cognitive restraint (not eating anything I believed would make me put weight on or change my shape) for many years. Full fat Greek Yoghurt would not even get a look in. Yet, here I was adding it back in and loving it. Now I always have it in my fridge.

I saw an ad for the certification and had a call with Anna. It got me thinking. Maybe I did not need to go back to full time study to serve the women in the way I wanted to.

During the interview, Anna asked me if I wanted to work for the NHS? I did not. I knew at that point I knew what I would do going forward.

So I signed up! Now I am a qualified WLA coach.

My background story is:

I’ve tried all the big mainstream diets over the last 20 years. They’d work for a while, but I always ended up putting the weight back on. I could tell something wasn’t working with them.

I have a background in Psychology and started exploring ideas around Eating Psychology and anti-dieting. I loved the idea of not having rules around food, being able to eat what I wanted when I wanted and to never have to follow another diet. This became especially important to me as I had children, and I was acutely aware that they would follow my example.

Something had to change. I bought the books and followed the podcasts / insta accounts, but they all seemed to oversimplify the idea ‘ just eat what you want, when you want’… so ok, all the cake, all the pizza, all the time?! There was a step missing for me – how do you get from 20+ years of dieting and rule following to being able to eat freely, enjoy food and not put on weight? It was around this time that I discovered The Weight Loss Academy.

I joined in October 2021 and could see immediately that Anna and the WLA coaches provided that missing step. With their expert support, I learned a simple, straight forward way of eating that can be applied and adjusted to suit any lifestyle. I could eat the foods I love and still lose weight. I didn’t have to follow any strict rules or meal plans. I learned how to create nutritious meals that everyone in my family will eat and most importantly I relearned how to listen to my body and give it what it needs. I realised that I did a lot of emotional eating; with the coaches support I identified my triggers and learned healthier ways to deal with them. I still eat, and enjoy, the cake and the pizza but as part of a healthy balanced diet rather than binging on it because I’ve had a tough day.

I decided to train as a WLA coach, because I knew I had to share this with other ladies. It makes me sad and angry to think of all the energy I’ve wasted hating my body and feeling like a failure because I couldn’t stick to a diet (not to mention all the money I’ve wasted trying). I want to help as many ladies as I can to break free of the cycle of endless diets and find a healthier way to eat. I graduated as a WLA coach in January 2023 and have been working with 1-2-1 clients since. I’m passionate about helping other busy mums lose weight and find a new way of eating without diets, rules and restrictions, so that not only they can live happier healthier lives, but so they can also show the next generation a better way.

I have probably tried most diets out there, Weight Watchers at least twice, Slimming World, f-plan… whatever turned up in any magazine. I told myself so often that I knew what I should do and then beat myself up for not doing it. Just before lockdown I moved to a new job in a new area where I didn’t know anybody, and then found of course that I had no way to meet anyone.

So I ate. I ended up the heaviest I’ve ever been and in the process I lost myself. Anna’s FB posts appeared in my feed and I thought, well, for that price if all else fails I’ve got some new recipes. Except I didn’t fail. I learned that I can make the right decisions for me. I learned that one slip does not mean I’ve ruined everything. And I learned how to nourish and honour my body.

I decided to become a coach because I want to help people find their happy place. That doesn’t mean eating to be a size 0. But eating well to be healthy and strong and confident.

I became a WLA coach as a registered nurse we deal with a lot of medical complications that are a result of peoples lifestyle choice and weight. As a part of this role we have to look at aspects of health promotion however, I felt that I was not able to give advice on diet and nutrition having always had an interest in learning about the best way but not having enough information to be able to effectively give this advice. I also felt like a hypocrite giving this advice and not following the advice that I give myself and being in the obese category myself.

I am currently still a work in progress and have regressed a little myself but am working hard on myself to be the best version of me that I can be so I can be an example to others.

After an accident when I was 11 years old and suddenly going from being active to many years of reduced movement the weight piled on and the emotional eating cycle began.  From when I was a teenager I have tried many different diets, Weight Watches, many times. Jenny Craig’s, Special K, dabbled in laxatives. And nothing really worked. I found the WLA. The WLA has changed my life.

I was so impressed with this lifestyle and what it had done for me that I jumped at the chance to join the certification class. I want to help other women to have the same chance as me to live a life with food freedom. The chance to live a life that doesn’t revolve  around a different diet every month.

I find it very satisfying to help women to find there self belief and confidence and to watch them blossom.

I look forward to helping women find food freedom and leave the dieting mentality behind and enjoy life. By working on mindset, the how and why we eat. Together we can make this lifestyle work for your daily life and work for you and your family.

I’ve struggled with my relationship with food for the majority of my life. I’ve tried diet after diet after diet, lose weight, then put it back on and more, then repeat. I struggled with emotional eating, and eating when bored. Rewarding myself with chocolate when I’ve done something good and even using it as a crutch when feeling down. I then saw a Facebook advert for the WLA.

I joined the 21 day reset, and lost 12lb, and then went on to lose 2 stone. I started enjoying cooking again, and discovered foods I always thought I didn’t like, enjoying the variety.  Learning the tools to help me deal with different situations and finding that it doesn’t have to be perfect, but be consistent to get results! I really wanted to get a more in depth knowledge of how it all works. Once understanding how it works, to then help other women lose weight and feel the benefits. Helping other women realise that you don’t have to stay in the diet cycle, but they can find food freedom.

My body has the ability to let me know when to eat and when to stop, and I will honor my body by listening to these signals.

My background story is:

I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember (in fact I’m sure I was born overweight)and have done all the diets out there with each one chipping away at my self confidence and self esteem. Pre WLA I was a regular WW or SW girl flitting from one to the other hoping one would work for good. I counted points, syns, ate free food when I wasn’t even hungry and consumed so much artificial sweetener it gave me IBS! I had a terrible image of myself and was obsessed by getting to a certain number on the scales and my week would be defined by my success or perceived failure to get closer to that number. I would over exercise and starve myself quite regularly, as well as literally strip to barely nothing on weigh day (yes I actually went commando ), and this was my life for about 30 years – I was extremely unhappy, had terrible IBS and was in a very low state mental health wise. I literally hated myself.

Then just before I was about to start the SW cycle again I came across WLA (actually I stalked Anna on Facebook for a month before joining the reset in September 2020 and only joined the day before it started) and in that decision  my life changed forever – I know that’s a strong statement to make but it’s really true!

After completing the reset and joining the academy I couldn’t believe it was possible to enjoy all types of food, see food as just food, have indulgences, stop self sabotaging, eradicate IBS (yes it disappeared in 3 months) and most importantly not be defined by a number on the scales!! I learnt to appreciate my body, realise that I don’t have to be perfect and that by being kinder to myself helps me to succeed.

When Anna opened up the certification opportunity I didn’t think twice about studying in it as I wanted to learn everything there was to know about why and how this approach works so successfully, and most importantly how I could help others out of a lifetime of dieting hell  and into a happier place both in weight loss as well as in physical and mental health.

For me there are 2 main mantras that have helped me the most on my WLA journey. The first is knowing that ‘every meal is a new opportunity’ – I am in control and can get back into focus as many times as I need, this was a game changer for me!

The second is: I now understand it is progress not perfection that helps us to succeed. I used to be very black and white in my thinking and be either ‘on’ or ‘off’ but now I know that we can only do our best at any given time and life throws curved balls (and lots of them), but that’s ok as we don’t need to be perfect to maintain a healthy body and mind.

My background story is:

I was scrolling on Facebook as usual for no particular reason and came across Anna’s advert for the WLA 21 day Reset. I looked around at her Facebook page and read through some reviews and for a price of £17 for 3 weeks I thought, what have I got to lose.

I didn’t really expect much from it if I’m honest as I have tried and failed so many diets and fads, but after receiving my email from the WLA, I started to believe this may be different and boy was I right.

The guides are so easy to follow, and the meals are just delicious, so I threw myself in with full gusto. I lost 6lb over the 3 weeks and was thrilled with the loss but mostly because I was enjoying the process, the group vibe and the coaching so much. It was clicking!

I moved on to the Academy as I just couldn’t face the thought of going it alone again and it was the best move I ever made. Whilst on the 12-week program, I looked Anna up on YouTube and watched her Masterclass Videos, which really spoke to me, and I began to feel inside that I could achieve anything. It was after the 12 weeks were complete that I realised I really wanted more from this experience and the thought of being able to help so many other ladies find the academy and totally change their relationship with food was so strong, that I decided to invest in myself and began the Certification Training Program. I am now a fully certified WLA Weight Loss Coach and couldn’t be happier.

Quote about weight loss / healthy lifestyle: Always remember, Every Body is a Different Body! (We are all different and will lose weight in different ways and at a different pace)

A Heathy Lifestyle is a balance of all things. Weight is just one of those. We need to remember our mental wellbeing by being kind to ourselves and our bodies. We need to take time to enjoy moments in our lives, whether that be tiny things like the smell of the rain in the grass or hugely important things like our friends and families.

My background story is:

I had spent several years as an International athlete eating for fitness and health. As I got older, having had my children, I stopped prioritising myself and started to gain weight. At the same time I developed really arthritic knees and had to reduce the amount of exercise.

This resulted in me living in a body that I did not recognise or value, and eating for comfort and habit, rather than for fuel and nutrition. I tried several different diets over the years, losing weight, then losing focus, and putting it all back on. Anna’s programme really makes sense and is about putting yourself first, good nutrition and exercise – not about being on a diet! I am still on my journey, but really want to be able to help other people like me, to sit happily in their own skin. The food is incredible, and the results speak for themselves.

I have always had an interest in complimentary therapies and supporting people and once my own body began to change in mid-life I wanted a food regime (not diet) that was going to be sustainable and WLA was just what I was looking for. I believe thoroughly in it’s principles.

My background story is:

I am a mature lady who was a stay at home Mum for 20 years, whilst I say stay at home Mum, I also ran the financial side of my husband’s business. When the kids had flown the nest, I had a yearning to do something for me. I have always enjoyed exercise so took the plunge to train as a fitness instructor. For the last 8 years I have run my own business as a Personal Trainer and totally understand how important nutrition is for a healthy active lifestyle. My passion was to get out into the Community to make exercise fun and accessible for everyone, to help people get fitter and get more out of life. I totally understood the importance of nutrition as you touch on it whilst training to be a PT, so part of my community fit club was to try to educate people about the importance of their nutrition alongside exercise.

In order to offer the complete package for my clients I knew I needed to study more about nutrition and weight loss. I completed my Diploma with High Merit for Nutrition and Weight Consultancy. It was whilst doing this course that I came across the WLA, I loved everything about it because it was everything that I had been looking for. The not dieting mentality, the guides etc. It was the full package. I originally signed up to do a re-set and really enjoyed everything about it. Last year when I saw that Anna was looking for people to become certified coaches, I knew it was my dream come true and I had to do it. I now offer the complete 80% nutrition/20% exercise package to help you become the YOU, you would dream of being.

Habits don’t start as Habit’s ,they start as efforts. Make the effort until it’s a habit.
