Nutella Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of medjool dates
  • 1 cup of hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup of cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup of water (optional)
  • Small cup of crushed hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Begin with adding all the ingredients apart from the crushed hazelnuts into a food processor
  2. Whizz until you have a smooth mixture
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add water and whizz until it’s smooth
  4. Then roll the mixture into bite sized balls and roll them through crushed hazelnuts
  5. Pop into the fridge for a few hours so they can become a bit hard
  6. Then enjoy!!
