Tasty Tortilla Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal wrap
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- Handful of rocket leaves
- 40g of mozzarella
- Handful of Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp of tomato puree
- 1 tsp of oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees
- Start by spreading the tomato puree all on top of the wrap
- Then sprinkle the oregano on top
- Add the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella
- And sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top
- Place into the oven for 12-14 minutes at 180 degrees. Don’t forget to keep checking the pizza so it doesn’t burn
- Take out of the oven and place some rocket on top before serving
- Then enjoy!
